NextGrade Inc. Will replace any item returned to us within the parameters of this policy and found to be defective on inspection. All warranty-issue returned items must be properly packaged for a safe return shipment and in original purchase condition along with the original packaging, product inserts, accessories, the original receipt/invoice/packing slip, and an explanation of the type of defect. NextGrade Inc. Is not liable for any misuse or mishandling of its products. This warranty does not cover any damages resulting from abuse, carelessness, neglect, alteration, failure to follow instructions, shipping damage, or damaged packaging. NextGrade Inc.
